Sales Policy


  • Never accept mail package damaged or tampered with.
  • Do not open the DVD if loose inside the plastic bag.


  • It is discarded DVD trading used or damaged by the buyer.
  • It will only be made to substitute for another product or refund the amount paid, if the defect of the entire manufacturing lot or if damaged product is exhausted.
  • The restitution process by forgoing the purchase shall be initiated upon the receipt of the product in our warehouse and the check of its condition. If there is no evidence of use, we will provide a refund of the amount paid for the product or substitute for another product, but it will not be refunded shipping fees already paid. We note that in case of exchange, the product selected must be available on our website. In case of evidence of use of the product, the return will not be accepted. In this case, we will send the product to its delivery address, reserving the right to a new charge for freight.

  • In case of error in the separation of the DVD or manufacturing defect, the cost of return will be refunded.



  • The challenge of defect or error of separation will only be accepted within 7 (seven) days after the receipt of the purchase.
  • If you give up buying the DVD within 7 (seven) days after receipt, the return of the product will only be accepted with the original seal on it, and if packaging is not violated. In this case, the freight will not be refunded.


  • The Movies Miração have a maximum term of 30 calendar days after the return of goods to effect the exchange of product for another one. The exchange process is possible only after the return of the DVD.
  • The freight will be charged again if forwarding address provided by the client is incomplete or wrong. Likewise the freight will be charged again in the occurrence of absence after three (3) attempts to deliver the mail.

The calculation of shipping product is done in an integrated manner to the site of the Post.
